We provide white-glove concierge services that transform your vacation rental or corporate retreat into a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure—whether you’re traveling with family or hosting a team offsite.
Step 1: Initial Consultation We begin with a personalized consultation call to understand your trip details, group size, preferences, and desired services. Whether you need pre-arrival grocery stocking, holiday/event decorating, private chefs, spa services, transportation, or custom experiences, we discuss it all and answer any questions.
Step 2: Customized Proposal & Contract Based on your needs, we create a tailored service proposal outlining all requested services, timelines, and pricing. Once you approve, we secure your booking with a signed concierge contract.
Step 3: Pre-Arrival Preparation Our team gets to work coordinating every detail: shopping and stocking your home, arranging décor, scheduling chefs or spa appointments, local excursions, coordinating transportation, and ensuring everything is flawlessly prepared before your arrive.
Step 4: Seamless Arrival Walk into a beautifully prepared home with everything ready. Fully stocked kitchen, fresh flowers, specialty requested items, and any special touches you’ve requested. Your vacation and or corporate retreat starts the moment you open the door.
Step 5: Concierge Support During Your Stay Need restaurant reservations, activity bookings, additional grocery runs, or last-minute arrangements? We remain available throughout your stay to ensure every detail is handled so you can focus on making memories.

Last-minute concierge service requests (within 72 hours of arrival) are subject to availability and require a $100 rush service fee. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but success depends on your prompt completion of the consultation call and return of the signed contract so we can begin coordination immediately. For the best experience and guaranteed availability, we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
We do not provide concierge services on Thanksgiving and Christmas to honor time with family. For other major holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc.), services are available by special request with advance notice. Holiday bookings are subject to team availability and include premium surcharges to fairly compensate our staff. Please contact us early to discuss your holiday needs.

We recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally 2-4 weeks in advance, to ensure full availability of our team and preferred vendors.
That said, we’ve successfully coordinated everything from elaborate multi-week experiences planned 6 months ahead to seamless last-minute arrangements with just a week’s notice.
The key to success, especially for shorter timelines, is prompt communication and responsiveness throughout the planning process. The more time we have to work together, the more we can customize every detail to your vision.
Minimum booking requirement: 72 hours in advance (subject to availability and rush fees)
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:
Deposit: Your concierge service deposit is non-refundable as it secures your booking and initiates coordination with our team and vendors.
Purchased Services & Experiences: Any experiences, reservations, or services already booked on your behalf (such as private chefs, spa appointments, transportation, activities, etc.) are subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation policies. You remain responsible for any non-refundable fees or cancellation charges from these vendors.
Specialty Items: If specialty items, décor, or custom products have been purchased for your stay that cannot be returned to retailers, you remain responsible for the cost of those items.
Groceries: If grocery shopping has been completed, you are responsible for the cost of purchased items that cannot be returned, plus shopping and return fees for Elite Concierge Vacation Services.
Cancellation Coordination Fee: A cancellation coordination fee will be applied at the service fee rates outlined in your signed concierge agreement to cover the time and effort required to cancel reservations, process vendor refunds, and manage all cancellation logistics on your behalf.
Best Practice: To minimize cancellation fees and maximize refund potential, please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change.

We handle your payment information with the highest level of security and care. Your credit card details are securely stored and encrypted to enable us to book and coordinate the services you’ve requested—such as private chefs, transportation, spa services, and specialty vendors on your behalf.Access to your payment information is strictly limited to authorized team members who process bookings for your approved services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, and we only provide vendors with the minimum details necessary to fulfill your requested services.
